Saying a prayer for you this morning as you try to slow down - it can be so hard! Sounds like you've had a powerful realization!

Michelle,
I am walking in your shoes (so to speak). My mentor, a beautiful Godly woman, told me I was killing myself. I needed to slow down, re-prioritize and get more sleep. In my attempt to do more for my family, I have actually been shortening my days (here on earth). Now, how is that helping them??
I pray that as you seek spiritual and physical rest, God will bless the remainder of your time so that, you can accomplish all that He has for you that day.
Blessings,
Kim

Michelle, Thank you for sharing your beautiful heart. I see you are familiar with the GirlTalk blog- I remember reading on there once, the phrase that "Only God gets his to-do list accomplished every day." I think your ideas for physical rest are doable- and, it sounds, very needed! I hope that you can make it happen. I hope you can still make it to the Girls' Night Out (although we haven't even planned it yet!), but I understand if you can't. Take care of yourself, and I look forward to seeing you this evening!
